I See

Patrick George

PatrickGeorge

The bold colourful illustrations in this book will instantly appeal to both adults and children. The front cover where the mouse's ears are also the owl's eyes is just one example of how clever positioning within the illustrations is used throughout the book to great effect. Once again acetate is used to transform some of the pages giving the books a new dimension. These books I'm sure children with love and want to share over and over again.

I Taste

Patrick George

PatrickGeorge

I Taste is one of a series of books by Patrick George based on the five senses. The use of bold simple illustrations with clever twists and a touch of humour is what makes this book so refreshing and so appealing to both adults and children. Not only is there plenty to discuss it also introduces new 'taste' language such as sour, bitter and spicy.
