A Seashell

One day a little shell washed up
Out of the waves at sea.
I held the shell up to my ear
And I heard it sing to me.
Shhh ...shhh...shhh...shhh?

Cut thistles in May

Cut thistles in May,
They'll grow in a day;
Cut them in June,
That is too soon;
Cut them in July,
Then they will die

Decked in comely array,
In Summer more clothing I wear;
When colder it grows,

And in Winter quite naked appear.

Little Boy Blue

Little Boy Blue, come blow up your horn,
The sheep's in the meadow,
The cow's in the corn.
Where is the little boy,
Who looks after the sheep.
He's under the haystack, fast asleep.

The Queen of Hearts

The Queen of Hearts,
She made some tarts,
All on a summers day.
The Knave of Hearts,
He stole those tarts,
And took them clean away.
